Black Teas

Black Teas

Black Teas are heavily oxidised (incorrectly but commonly referred to as "fermented"), which results in a strong, even robust, flavour. This process also endows Black Teas with a relatively long shelf life - a major reason why Western food suppliers preferred it and how it therefore became the most commonly drunk tea in the West. Most black teas are blends of types/origins. Our Nepali Black Teas generally aren't - they're single-farm teas, each with its own flavour.
